Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor in Leeds looking to join one of the largest teams in the region? Our client, a large international law firm, is growing its property litigation offering.
The Firm
Our client is a forward-thinking international law firm with offices throughout the UK and internationally.
The firm prides itself on its competitive nature within a friendly environment.
You will be joining one of the largest property litigation teams within the region, with the firm offering a highly competitive remuneration package including bonuses and excellent benefits.
The Role
This opportunity will have a considerable focus related to landlord and tenant matters as well as forfeiture, dilapidations, rent arrears and possession actions.
You will gain excellent exposure within a range of sectors including retail, leisure and hospitality, working on large portfolios on the occupier side. You will also gain exposure on the investor side which will allow you to work with landlords, funds and trusts.
You will be expected to take part in business development, as creating long lasting relationships with clients is a major part of the firm's beliefs.
The Candidate
You will have gained a minimum of 2 years' PQE working in a reputable property litigation team in Leed or the UK.
You will have excellent academics and a highl level of commercial awareness.
You will be keen to work within an international law firm in a large property litigation team.
