JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor (Education) PQE: 8+ PQE LOCATION: Cambridge SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE: Working within a top ranked team as a Principal Associate you will be an experienced and highly skilled Employment Solicitor with the ability to deal with a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters on behalf of higher education clients as well as colleges, charities and schools to name but a few clients. The client base covers clients nationwide including the East of England region and London. You will be technically strong in advising higher education clients across the broad remit of employment related matters. A fantastic opportunity to join at an exciting time of growth within the higher education sector of this leading practice.

THE CANDIDATE: Ideal Senior Employment Lawyers will have sound technical experience in covering the broad remit of employment related matters within the education sector. You will have at least 8 years PQE gained within a leading regional or City practice and can mentor and develop junior members of the team. Employment Lawyers who have sector specific experience of working with higher education clients / schools / universities are encouraged along with those who have a genuine desire and passion to develop their experience within the education sector. A truly exciting time to join and be a part of the continued growth within the team. As a Senior Employment Solicitor within the team you will be expected to play an active role in business development and supervise junior members of the team.
