General Manager - Professional Services

Greenwell Gleeson are recruiting for an unique opportunity to one of the regions fastest growing businesses to head up their consultancy division. Reporting to the MD, the role will lead a team of 6 and will have responsibility to hit revenue and profitability targets for the division. The department itself work with existing and new clients to provide them with a consultancy services relating to ensuring they are complaint with the latest legislation and standards in their industry sector. You and your team will need to auditing and analysing client data data, calculate and complete submissions to the appropriate legislative body, calculate and facilitate payment of any liabilities and importantly consult with the clients in planning to ensure future liabilities are minimised and they operate in a more sustainable manner. To be successful in the role, you will need to be someone who is comfortable leading and motivating a highly skilled team, be highly numerate and be confident dealing with clients. Additionally having an internal or external audit background or experience of working in professional services will be highly desired.
