Associate/ Senior Project Manager

In order to achieve further growth, an opportunity for an Associate/ Project Manager to join a dynamic team based in Oxford.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
• Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects – including monthly progress reports
• Assist with conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc
• Monitoring the performance of contractors including contract administration (NEC3/4 and/or JCT)
• Arrange, attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate.
• Provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with the client.

Skills and experience required:

• A minimum of 10 years Construction project management and manging professional teams experience required.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office software, including MS Project required.
• Experience in delivering presentations and client facing with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and problem–solving skills
• RICS/CIOB accredited degree and/or chartered.
