We are seeking a Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property to join a highly regarded, legal 500 legal practice in South Wales.
The ideal candidate have strong commercial experience, with ambition to develop your skills further.
This is a very supportive team and you will be encouraged to develop a strong specialism in Commercial Property matters and to work with a good deal of autonomy.
The role involves dealing with a full range of Landlord and Tenant work as well as property acquisitions and sales for company clients, development work from site acquisitions involving conditional contracts options and overage, finance through to preparation for disposition.
