Our client is one of Scotland's leading Energy teams and is seeking a solicitor (1-6 years' PQE) to join the Oil & Gas team in Aberdeen.
This team comes under the wider Corporate team, and as such you will be assisting in an exciting mix of upstream Operator and Service Sector work, as well as on occasion working with the wider energy team on renewables and heat work.
In this role, you will initial be in a co-adviser role with clients for up to 12-months, but thereafter will be client facing and on occasion will be the main point of contact on transactions.
Your caseload will include advising operators on all aspects of upstream operational contracts, diligence aspects of M&A transactions, service sector clients on contractual issues, regulatory matters, and you will have a great opportunity to be involved in business development.
As the successful candidate, you will have between 1 and 6 years' PQE in either Energy or Corporate law and are seeking a long-term career in Aberdeen.
