Up to £100,000 subject to experience, plus great benefits
This is an exceptional opportunity to join an international manufacturing group as Finance Business Partner for M&A and Strategy at an exciting time of ambitious growth. This is a new appointment within the Finance Function of a group that has the objective of creating a £1b company within the next few years - twice its current size!
You will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Development leadership team providing financial insight and expert advice in creating, evaluating, and presenting M&A financial models to the executive and Senior Leadership teams. You will also provide Business partner support to the Strategy and Marketing teams. This will be a varied and challenging role providing great opportunity for personal and professional development.

What will you be doing?
- Providing Insight and analysis to the Corporate and Business Development Team
- Prepare, support and challenge business cases for all M&A activities, opportunities, and risks in transactions - working closely with the senior leadership team
- Coordinate and lead due diligence processes
- Liaise and manage external advisor relationships
- Prepare and present financial reports for Executive Management and Senior Leaders
- Manage the integration planning process for acquired companies
- Providing market, customer, portfolio, and competitive Insight to help with Strategic and annual planning.
What are we looking for?
- A qualified accountant and graduate who initially trained within a major accountancy practice within transaction services / corporate finance
- Industry experience with a proven track record as a Business Partnering supporting M&A activities, including building and challenging business cases, knowledge of all steps of the M&A process
- High-level expertise in financial/pre-due diligence modelling in information systems
- Astute Communication Skills: the ability to convey and articulate information exceptionally - verbal, written via email, including presentation skills using emails, PowerPoint.
- A pro-active self-starter with a curious mindset
- Project Management: Experienced with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to articulate and communicate outcomes in an engaging manner
- Great Excel and PowerPoint skills
