Our client is a prestigious university seeking to enhance its digital ecosystem and streamline various processes. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of digital initiatives, with a specific focus on identity access management, development house foundations, staff profile resources, and workload management.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with university stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for digital transformation initiatives related to identity access management, development house foundations, staff profile resources, and workload management.
Assess the current state of the university's digital systems and processes, identify gaps, and propose appropriate solutions to address those gaps, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Work closely with software developers, architects, and project managers to ensure effective implementation of digital solutions. Provide guidance and clarification on business requirements, ensuring that the end product meets the university's needs.
Engage with various university stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and administrative teams, to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and address any concerns related to the digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation projects, preferably within the higher education sector.
Strong knowledge of identity access management systems, development house foundations, staff profile resources, and workload management tools.
Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques.
Ability to perform gap analysis and propose appropriate solutions to address business needs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
This is a contract position for a defined project duration, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.
