Learning Development Partner
Salary – GBP Competitive day rate and bonus scheme

We have an excellent opportunity for an experience Talent Development Partner to join our client, a large global brand based in Chertsey. In this role your core responsibility will be to evolve and support the development of our client s current offerings such as Coaching and Mentoring, but with huge scope to deliver new and exciting initiatives that encourage high levels of engagement and help to drive performance improvements for our people.

Learning Development Partner Responsibilities
• Working closely with the Talent Development Manager and Head of Talent, to help evolve and deliver a comprehensive Sales and Marketing development framework
• Working with key senior stakeholders to ensure all development solutions are fit–for–purpose and designed to drive the highest level of performance
• Creating engaging and level–appropriate learning pathways to support the best development of our clients people across all grades
• Data–based storytelling to showcase the value that our clients team has brought to the business by first identifying relevant KPI s across each initiative, and crafting stories using tangible data and metrics
• Able to conduct a thorough Learning Needs Analysis
• High–levels of attention to detail and planning – this role will have a broad reach and require strong project management and execution skills
• Knowledge across a wide range of interpersonal topics is essential


Learning Development Partner competencies
• Experience in applying the Kirkpatrick or alternative evaluation methodology
• TAP Diploma or similar in Design, Delivery and Evaluation would be useful
• A good level of knowledge across a wide range of interpersonal topics is essential
• Coaching & Mentoring qualifications
