Project Manager

This is an exciting role working for a top construction project management consultancy in London. They work with developers, public sector, investors, supply–chain and policymakers within affordable homes, BtR, PBSA, later living and masterplan regeneration. If you are passionate about construction and have knowledge or interest in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) then this could be the role for you.

The role:

• You will report directly to the Senior PM or Associate Director
• You will be responsible for managing or offering support to the assistant PMs working on your project
• Build and maintain close relationships with clients
• Juggle and priorities multiple clients at one time
• Knowledge of MMC is useful
• They are looking for someone who is a self–starter that can get stuck in immediately without needing support from other teams to get going
• They are offering 70–80k
• You will need to be in the office at least 3 days a week
