Our client has an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning, highly rated firm as a mid-level Real Estate Solicitor in Manchester.

The firm is a large employer of specialised Real Estate Solicitors in the UK, and with its great reputation is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor with 4 - 8 years' PQE. The firm has very high-quality clientele, which makes this an ideal opportunity for a mid-level solicitor to make connections and progress their career.


The Role

Working in a very experienced team, you will have the opportunity to work with partnering teams, such as Construction, Banking, and Planning. Work and case load will be varied but focusing on, but not limited to:
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Strategic property advice
  • Developer procurements among other work
The work will be focused on public sector-led property work, advising on:
  • Residential developments
  • Regeneration schemes
  • Highways and bridges
  • Commercial developments

Required skills, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Real Estate Solicitor with 4 - 8 years' PQE
  • Coming from a large Commercial firm
  • Excellent academics
