Responsibilities:
- You will provide legal advice and support to various stakeholders
- You will work closely with the procurement and commercial teams and support on a range of construction contracts such as FIDIC and NEC
- Providing advice to a variety of stakeholders in respect of the project function, including general commercial agreements, tenders and acquisitions
- You will support the Solar & Battery team on projects such as energy storage and solar generation
- Qualified lawyer in either Scotland and/or England and Wales with 3 or more years PQE*
- Trained with a well-regarded law firm or in-house preferably with knowledge of the energy or utilities sector
- Confident solicitor with Commercial and/or construction experience
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating on complex projects
- Ideally you will be experienced in drafting and negotiating various construction contracts such as FIDIC and NEC
