Business Development Management

We are looking for a highly motivated and results–driven salesperson to join this leading media advertising and event sponsorship company. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can help expand their customer base and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

– Identify and develop new business opportunities in the social media advertising, event sponsorship, and magazine advertisement sectors

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

– Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

– Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials

– Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the advertising industry

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong negotiation and closing skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Excellent time management and organizational skills

The Package

A basic salary of GBP35,000 – GBP45,000 is available for the right Business Development Manager with a rewarding commission structure of an uncapped OTE, on target earnings will be more than GBP60,000 and a yearly bonus.
