Health and Social Care Solicitor

We are assisting this Top 100 firm in their search for a Health & Social Care solicitor to work with a team who have an excellent reputation in public and private work. This health & social care team are Chambers rated and are respected nationally.

This is a chance to be part of a nationally acclaimed team that is always busy and now looking to bolster their offering further with an additional experienced lawyer. You should have at least 5 years experience of this area of work.

The role involves advising predominantly healthcare providers on a variety of contentious and non-contentious healthcare issues. The contentious work might include complex litigation in relation to mental health, Court of Protection, Inquests and Human Rights. On the advisory side you might be involved in things like advising on policies or incident response or compliance.
