My client is one of the largest and one of the most renowned companies in their field. They have a huge global presence and multiple revenue streams, specialising within the manufacturing / industrial sector.
At this stage they have global revenues circa $60billion,, have dual international listings and are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join their London function (hybrid: 3 days in the office per week).
The investor relations team is a steamlined function so you have senior stakeholder exposure from the offset, would act as no to their Head of Investor Relations, and would have a well-supported but fairly autonomous role!

Description
The Role
This will be a broad Investor Relations Manager role with the following key responsibilities:
- Presentations/Communication: support with the presentation of all IR related documents: board packs, board presentations, annual/quarterly filings etc.
- Stakeholder Management: manage internal relations ships with senior stakeholders whilst also developing strong relationships with external stakeholders (analyst/investors etc.)
- Events: support in the delivery of investor events/roadshows, locally and internationally
Profile
What's Needed
- Strong background within the capital markets space (advisory, IR, buy side, sell side etc.)
- Proven senior stakeholder management capabilities
- Clear finance training with relevant qualification (CFA, ACA, CA etc.)
- Able to commute to London 3 days a week
