Do you have Product Control experience and now looking for a new exciting opportunity? This well regarded Investment Bank are looking for a bright and energetic Product Controller to join their team covering Interest Rates, FX, Credit and Equities (vanilla and exotic).
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparation and analysis of daily P&L by risk attribution
- Production and analysis of daily bid/offer provisions
- Pricing and preparing risk reports for a specific business group on timely and accurate basis
- Conducting detailed analysis in support of the Product Control functions
- Liaison and control of Front Office and all trade support teams
- Implementing effective process controls and process re-engineering
- Ad hoc projects and systems implementation/enhancements
The ideal applicant will have:
- A strong academic background and ideally an accountancy qualification
- Previous product control experience (any asset class) gained within an investment bank or other financial institution
- Knowledge of capital/financial market products
- Competent level of Excel, Visual Basic and Access skills
- Excellent knowledge of front to back system flows, and best in class control frameworks
