Your new company
A single academy trust based in the Lancashire region committed to helping its students develop and grow through their dedicated teaching. The trust is looking to grow the group and seeks to recruit a talented Finance & Operations Director to support the implementation of their strategic plan.
Your new role
As Director of Finance & Operations, you will play a leading role in developing and implementing the Trust's growth and business plans, whilst overseeing all aspects of the Trust's finance and operations ensuring compliance and improving the business capability, effectiveness, and overall efficiency of the Trust. This is a wide-ranging role and will require leadership across Finance, HR, Digital and another of other key operational areas.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant, educated to Degree Level and with min 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Education experience would be nice but not essential and a Team player attitude with strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset is a must. The ideal candidate for this role will be committed, ambitious, bright and have the ability to see opportunities presented to them.
We are looking for individuals who have the confidence and ability to engage with and lead multi-disciplined teams to achieve key strategic outputs.
