JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor (Healthcare) PQE: 8+ PQE LOCATION: Cambridge SALARY: £Competitive

THE ROLE: Currently going through an exciting growth phase, this leading national practice is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a strong track record of dealing with the broad mix of corporate work including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, investment agreements with a focus on independent sector health work. The role will be varied and include leading on transactions as well as supervising members of the team and advising clients across the team. Working on behalf of leading clients within the health sector, you will be supporting clients ranging from start-ups through to private companies and investors.

THE CANDIDATE: The appointed ambitious Corporate Solicitor will have at least 8 years PQE and proven technical expertise in advising on Corporate M&A work in the independent health sector. To be considered for this role you must have a demonstrable background in dealing Health M&A as well as running and supervising a team. With a strong understanding of the independent health sector / NHS you will be well placed to take the lead on transactional work and have gained relevant exposure to all types of corporate matters.
