Salary: GBP75,000 + car/car allowance + excellent benefits including company bonus

Location: Milton Keynes

Work Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days WFH

My client is looking to make a key hire within their finance department. They need to hire an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A and take ownership of the operational and strategic forecast and planning processes.

You will also be responsible for owning and driving the risk management function as well as supporting the month–end closing process.

The ideal candidate will possess previous and proven experience working as a Head of FP&A within a large multinational organization. You must also be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of analysis and planning instruments. ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified would be highly advantageous.
