Head of Commercial Finance

Communicate is partnering with a Real Estate Investment Trust on the search for a Head of Commercial Finance. The role is based in their Central London offices, where the dynamic finance team are in the office 2–3 days per week.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading, managing and coordinating a team of 6 qualified individuals
• Developing and monitoring KPI's in order to track business performance
• Leading the monthly commercial budgeting and forecasting processes in line with the 5 year business plan
• Acting as a trusted business partner across all business units,
• Supporting the CFO in the delivery of KPI reports to the C–suite

What we're looking for:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• PQE within a consumer facing industry, with retail being desirable however not essential
• A commercially astute individual with a proactive attitude
• Team management experience is essential
• The ability to challenge and influence at all levels
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to form cross departmental relationships
• PLC experience is desirable, however not essential
