Our client is a global, market leading provider of advice and consultancy across HR, Health and Safety and Employment Law, looking for the best talent to join their ever–expanding business. As a Field based Business Development Manager, you will be developing new business from scratch, prospecting your potential target market through to closing sales opportunities

Day–to–Day Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

  • Self–generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day–to–day new business activity.
  • Attend and close your own sales appointments
  • Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
  • Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture.

What you bring to the Team?

  • 2 years plus track record of selling in Field based/ B2B role
  • Confidence in value based/consultative selling
  • Ability to adapt and develop solutions to clients' needs with clear and decisive communication
  • Ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners, Board of Directors and HR Managers
