Job Role Description
We ve already invested significantly in Cutting–edge Business Solutions and are looking for Business Development Managers who understand how technology is reshaping the future and its impact on business ecosystems, particularly in how sales and marketing are collaborating.
We have a strong commercial culture that is supported by bringing best in class technical, media and consulting talent. As we develop larger and larger client accounts you will be at the forefront of driving greater collaboration across our teams.
There are currently a number of fantastic opportunities that have arisen for successful Business Development Managers to join a rapidly growing and ambitious business. The successful candidates will be selling the VMS products to C–Level Execs, Senior marketing buyers and Key Decision Makers to help give them a competitive edge across their target markets.
Key Responsibilities
– Sourcing and securing new contracts (average deal size GBP100k+)
– Presenting a wide range of media solutions and tailoring to customer needs
– Managing clients through their campaigns
– Upselling and Cross Selling all product ranges
– Working cohesively with other departments (Finance, Marketing, Customer Services etc)
– Attending Client Meetings and Industry Events.
– Meeting and exceeding Targets and KPI s
What we look for Candidate requirements
– Successful track record in outgoing solution sales
– Ability and desire to call high and sell to C Level Execs and Senior level influencers
– Crisp articulate phone voice
– Understands a client s perspectives
– Excellent understanding of Digital Media and Marketing (specifically CMO challenges and how ABM and sales automation can work)
– Relevant Industry Experience / Knowledge
– Operate with urgency
– Ability to keep it simple
