Commercial Property Solicitor - Our client, a highly regarded, Legal 500 practice with several offices in East Kent have asked us to find them a Commercial Property Solicitor at Associate level. They will consider full time or par time applicants.
About the Role
They are interested in seeing the CV's of solicitors with c.5+ year's relevant experience in managing a busy caseload of commercial property transactions. You will handle a range of matters, including but not limited to land acquisitions & sales, estate development, plot sales work, business lease extensions and secured lending.
This is an excellent opportunity to take a step up and lead a thriving team with a sterling reputation. You will need to have a client friendly manner, proactive approach, be hardworking and inspirational. They have indicated that they are keen to talk to not only local candidates, but those who are looking to relocate to the Kent area.
