Business Development Manager – Pasquill – Saint–Gobain OSS – Covering Somerset / Cornwall Area

Are you someone who is passionate about developing strong customer relationship and winning orders?

At Pasquill we are looking for a Business Development Manager to work alongside our Design Teams in Bridgwater and Bodmin, helping to expand our customer base and ensure we continue to deliver an excellent customer experience.

As Business Development Manager in the Southwest, you have the opportunity to develop you own customer portfolio in collaboration with National Commercial Manager and our local design teams. The creation of this new position is part of Pasquill's commitment to our longer–term strategy of expansion underpinned with integrity and exceptional customer service.

What we're looking for:

  • Somebody that is driven to success with integrity and can take ownership of the role.
  • Previous sales experience with a track record developing a portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction sector.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills

What you will be doing:

  • Developing a customer portfolio while creating long term customer relationships.
  • Partnering with our design teams to positively impact on conversion rates.
  • Providing market intelligence in the region and help identify future opportunities.
  • Ensuring we support our customers with integrity and exceptional Customer service.
