Business Analyst (Shared IT Governance)

As a Business Analyst you ll play a vital role in establishing an appropriate governance model to support the bi–borough shared IT services with Kensington & Chelsea. A unique shared governance structure must be created to ensure that, as far as Technology is concerned, these services are both supported and governed in a way that works for both councils.

About the role:

Based in Westminster (Hybrid):

We are looking for a Business Analyst with IT change and strategy (governance) focus to help both councils achieve the shared IT service objective.

• The establishment of an appropriate Technology governance model to support the continued shared services.
• The identification of business problems resulting from the disaggregation of the two Councils
• The creation of functions and solutions that need to be implemented to allay stakeholders' concerns.
• The identification and implementation of governance arrangements to support the needs of both Councils.

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

• Exceptionally strong stakeholder management skills
• In depth experience of Governance focussed Business Analysis and functions
• Strong knowledge and experience of working in a Local Authority
• Strong understanding of the PMO function.

What s on offer

• Salary: GBP320–GBP450+ per day (Inside IR35)
  negotiable, based on experience.
