We are seeking a Director of Fundraising & Supporter Engagement to generate long–term revenue sustainability through leadership of fundraising, digital engagement, brand and communications.

Plan International UK is a global children's charity striving for an equal world. One where every child can reach their full potential and every girl can choose their own future. Plan International works across more than 75 countries to build a future where every child is safe and receives an education. A world where all girls are free from violence, in control of their own body, know their rights and have their voices heard.

This is a new role, created following a restructure of our Leadership Team, offering the opportunity to establish a new directorate which will enable you to deliver against your remit and portfolio. As Director of Fundraising & Supporter Engagement you will play a lead role in placing supporter engagement and digital innovation at the heart of the organisation and targeting investment to increase engagement, brand awareness and deliver a significant increase in income growth. This will also require a focus on ensuring our cost base is lean and efficient, so as much as possible of the money we raise can go to fund Plan International's programmes overseas.

We are looking for an inclusive and strategic leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results. You will be an experienced marketing and fundraising professional with a deep understanding of supporter engagement, an innovative approach, and a proven track record of driving growth and transformation. You will also have substantial experience of successful change management with a thorough understanding of strategic marketing, brand positioning, and digital transformation at a leadership level.

If this sounds like you, and your values align with Plan International UK's mission for a just world that advances children's rights and equality for all girls and our commitment to diversity and inclusion and anti–racism, then we would love to hear from you.
