This global leader is looking for an Irish Immigration Director with a proven track record of leading a corporate immigration function.

The Role:

You will be empowered to manage and lead all aspects of Irish corporate immigration matters for BOTH new and existing clients.

You will be heavily involved in business development and commercial activities.

You will be responsible for leading a team of immigration professionals with a clear vision and utilise strong leadership to manage the team, their service delivery and quality of services, ensuring client's immigration compliance needs are met.

You will understand legislative changes and ensure process and systems are operationalised to adapt to new requirements driving regulatory and legal compliance.

The Person:

Both legally qualified and non–qualified candidates will be considered for this vacancy

The applicant must be an immigration SME and will have a vast experience of handling a wide range of Irish corporate immigration matters

Strong commercial acumen and proven business development experience

Strategic thinker, proven ability to anticipate and resolve complex scenarios

Client–focused approach with a passion for delivering excellence

Ability to influence at a senior level and manage complex stakeholder relationships

Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in plain language and in a pragmatic manner

Ability to thrive in a high–pressure environment
