Our Client is a Multi–Disciplinary firm with offices across the UK and are now seeking an Associate Director of Building Surveying to join their team in the Manchester office.
The Associate Director of Building Surveying will be supporting the Building Surveying team by leading by example and taking instructions from inception to completion. Also, mentoring and leading the team to achieve targets and to develop their skill set.
Instructions will include undertaking technical due diligence work, design and contract administration duties for refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects, Dilapidations and managing licences of alter.
Qualifications:
• MRICS Qualification
• Building Surveying degree
• Experience in leading a team
