A top tier Newcastle firm is looking for a Solicitor to add to their Corporate Services team.
The Firm & Team:
- Tier 1, Newcastle based firm and team
- Well established, with high profile clients
- Collaborative and supportive environment
- More relaxed corporate team, with a predictable caseload
The Role:
- Get involved with all areas of company law advice
- Advise on directors duties, shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations, partnership agreements and more
- Engage with business development and marketing occasionally
The Candidate:
- 5PQE+
- Understanding of business legal structures
- M & A, Corporate or Commercial experience
- Natural communicator and problem solver
