A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join an established team in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. This role will primarily focus on privately funded family matters, and we are looking for someone who can deliver compassionate, comprehensive, and effective legal advice to our diverse range of clients.

- Providing expert legal advice on a range of private family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and prenuptial agreements.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and advising clients accordingly.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional client service.
- Fully qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years PQE, preferably in the field of private family law.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a varied and complex caseload.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Proven experience in litigation and non-litigation family matters.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and databases.
