Head of Aviation Recruitment –Basic to GBP45,000 plus Excellent Bonus

This new role is an exceptional opportunity to head up a new venture for this leading, highly successful, well respected Recruitment Agency, who are expanding their service offering.

With the full backing of the board and operations, throughout the company, you will be an integral part of the senior leadership team.

This position would suit an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of developing recruitment opportunities within the aviation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an impactful and executable recruitment strategy
• Develop a business plan, including a pricing structure and targets for the new offering
• Working with their existing employer partners to develop service offerings
• Network to build business relationships

Do you have –

• Strong prior experience in aviation recruitment?
• Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies?
• An understanding of best practice in recruitment?
• Excellent negotiation skills?
• A proven track record in client development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

You will be joining an exceptionally impressive Recruiter. This role will be pivotal in the next phase of the companies growth strategy. The Package Basic to GBP45,000 (negotiable) dependent upon experience. Uncapped bonus payments which increase in line with performance against targets. Excellent career opportunities
