The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market leading provider of Sustainable, Low Carbon and Renewable HVAC technology solutions that is looking for a unique Sales Director to head up their sales (internal & external), marketing, operations and financial teams. Their sales performance through these unprecedented times has been impressive but now they are looking for an experienced commercial and sales leader to be part of their exciting continuing exponential growth strategy.

The Package

  • 85k – 95k Basic Salary
  • realistic + 100k OTE uncapped

Experience Required

You must be a successful sales director or senior national sales manager candidate that has a background of creating impressive sales and business growth through effective deployment of business and sales strategies, people and budget management. A high level of commercial ability is required so if you have had EBIT and P&L experience then this would be an advantage. Managing Director, Commercial Director and General Manager profiles are also of great interest. You must have an entrepreneurial approach, be flexible and adaptable in a fast–paced corporate environment. The sales team is well established and high performing so it is imperative that you are able to quickly assimilate the corporate dynamic to maximise both sales and business performance.
