Head of Consulting - Radiology

Are you an experienced NHS leader or senior management consultant with a track record of NHS transformation and improvement and a knowledge of NHS radiology services looking for a fresh challenge? Are you skilled in culture change, change management and providing clear direction to improve NHS services? If yes then this Head of Consulting position could be just the role for you.

Responsible for developing, planning and delivering the departmental consulting strategy for the UK and Ireland you will work closely with sales and marketing to position the company as the partner of choice for consulting services.

You will need an in depth understanding of operational management in the NHS, the issues and culture and the ability to build strong relationships with senior NHS management. You will have a relevant Masters level qualification, a good understanding of radiology clinical practice and processes and proven, positive change management expertise. Expertise in LEAN methodology would be great.
