INTERIM TENDER MANAGER

Our client is about to embark on an exciting, key project and is looking for an Interim Tender Manager to manage the tender process. Previous Public Sector tender and sourcing experience needed

Ability to run regulated (UCR compliant) tender(s) on e–sourcing system:

• All document management upload/download on e–sourcing platform.
• Management and assignment of tender message, queries, clarifications.
• Management of the procurement timelines including reporting.
• Set up and issue of procurement on e–sourcing platform.
• Issuing of Find–Tender–Service notice on gov website.
• PQQ assessment of transactional procurement sections of PQQ (e.g., Finances, Insurances, certifications)
• Management and task assignment of ITT evaluation.
• Internal stakeholder engagement to align with Project and for assignment of responsibilities.
• External stakeholder with suppliers.
• Market research as required, Supplier due diligence.
• Essential Experience.
• Previous public sector or utilities regulated procurement experience (OJEU, PCR or UCR)
• Experience of e–sourcing platforms.
• Worked in a project environment.

Due to the nature of this project, you will be required to be on site for at least 4 days a week.
