Business Analyst

A Russell Group University are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation project. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform analysis to drive successful delivery of the IAM solution. Specifically, the Business Analyst will focus on the discovery phase of the project, working to understand current state, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and design future state processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct analysis to identify IAM needs and challenges.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture business requirements, processes, and data flows.
• Analyze and document the current state of IAM processes, policies, and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop use cases and business requirements for the IAM solution, including functional and non–functional requirements.
• Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop future state process flows, diagrams, and other documentation to support implementation of the IAM solution.
