Interim Chartered Surveyor Flexible Hours and Workload GBP700 to GBP1,400 per day

Social Housing Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to work in a growing consultancy, specialising in Disrepair cases within the residential sector, specifically with Social Landlords and Residential Property Management companies on an interim basis.

The successful Surveyor will be paid typically GBP350 per disrepair report, most of the consultants are able to comfortably carry out 4 per day, but you will be given full autonomy to pick how many assessments you wish to conduct and how many days per week you wish to work!

Interim Chartered Surveyor responsibilities include:

• Conducting Disrepair Surveys on residential properties.
• Writing up Disrepair Reports and submitting them to the admin team for proof reading.
• Working with the admin team who ensure access is available to ensure no wasted time.
• Support the owner with any potential ad hoc requests.

The successful Interim Chartered Surveyor must possess:

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor and have held this for a minimum of 5 years.
• Extensive experience in conducting Disrepair Surveys.
• A sound working knowledge of Land Landlord and Tenant act specifically Section 11.
• A full UK driving license and access to own private vehicle.
