Litigation Solicitor

A well-established law firm in Richmond is seeking a motivated litigation solicitor to join a dynamic team.

The candidate will work closely with the current team of solicitors to develop their knowledge of various areas of law and commercial awareness.

• 4 years' of PQE but will consider those with less or more experience
• Excellent knowledge of the CPR, costs budgets, and related areas of law

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in handling contentious matters independently in the following areas:

• Commercial
• Contracts
• Property
• Probate
• Civil

The majority of my client's work comes from existing clients and referrals, so a personable character and dedication to client satisfaction are critical.
