Interim Accountant

Prince Talent & Resourcing are currently recruiting an Interim Accountant on behalf of our client, who are within the housing development space. This is a brilliant opportunity that will be well suited to you if you a qualified Accountant with 5 years post qualification experience and the opportunity will provide excellent experience if you want to progress into an Financial Controller or Business Partner in future.

Role: Accountant

Rate: 250– 275 per day

Location: Central London

Duration: 3 months initially with a view to turn permanent for the right person

This role will be responsible for the Financial Operations of the organisation and involves providing sound financial knowledge/support to the FD & business Directors, with responsibility for delivering accurate Management Accounts & forecasting. You must also be comfortable performing basic accounting tasks when needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Management Reporting
• Statutory Reporting
• Day to day Accounts preparation
• Project Reporting
• Forecast Reporting

What you'll need:

• Qualified Accountant with 5 years post qualified experience
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Audit experience
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including working knowledge of formulae
• Knowledge of international accounting policies specifically related to the housing sector (desirable)
• Self starter with a can–do attitude
