Field Based Sales/Business Development Manager (Self Adhesive labels)

Our client is a leading printer and converter of digital and flexographically printed labels, based in Northamptonshire. It has a proud 35–year track record and serves a wide range of customers, from breweries to industrial components. They are growing rapidly and looking to grow their team.
As an Field based Sales Account Manager, you will join an existing sales team reporting to the Head of Sales.

You will be predominantly field based, selling a range into a range of sectors and label and print technologies. This role presents an opportunity to join an exciting team that is growing, and where there will be significant opportunities over the coming years to grow with the business as the team expands

Requirements

Experience with direct sales / new customer acquisition in self–adhesive labels

Self–starter able to operate independently creating and closing leads

Hardworking, with a commitment to going above and beyond for the customer

Detail oriented, very rarely making errors

Willingness to learn and can do attitude

Good knowledge of self–adhesive labels

Main responsibilities to include:

Identifying and converting new customers

Interfacing with the office based sales team to create estimates and pricing

Hours of work
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 1pm
