Your new company
Your new company is a growing name within the Out of Home (OOH) advertising space, having been established over 10 years ago and continuing to win more and more contracts and clients during that time. They are hiring right now for a Financial Compliance Analyst/Internal Auditor, and are looking to bring a temporary contractor on board whilst that person is onboarded so likely to last for circa 3 months or so.
Your new role
In this role, you will join a really high performing finance team, who have won numerous awards in recent years. You will be delivering end-to-end reconciliation of campaigns and billings, monthly to ensure accurate reporting and smooth external client audits.
You will need to work as a business liaison for various transactions ensuring Plato, Atlas and Ada systems reconcile with NetSuite, which is the finance system they used. As part of the wider finance team, you will also need to oversee the successful facilitation of specific client audits and be the primary point of contact with Media Agencies to ensure we fulfil our audit obligations and minimise any overcharge payments.
there will also be a need to lead on the documentation of all key processes and controls that impact billings, on both a client and media owner basis. You will need to leverage real time learnings in order to accurately amend systems and controls, to drive change - in an attempt to make our end-to-end process audit worthy.

What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA)
- Experience with Internal and/or External Audits
- Knowledge of working with Processes and Controls in an effort to bring about a continuous improvement culture
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels of the business internally, and also external clients where needed
- Ability to start very quickly
