Project Manager (18 month FTC)
  • Overseeing a fire door programme in a critical environment
  • Liaising with the projects team and client with any queries or issues
  • Ensure the project work does not impact on the delivery of the services on site, paying particular attention to other Projects and Life Cycle works to avoid clashes
  • Site based role
  • GBP50k per annum
  • Birmingham based

Essential requirements:
  • Evidence of managing fire door installations.
  • Evidence of inspecting fire doors at a competent level.
  • IOSH and/or NEBOSH certificate.
  • Understanding of the Regulatory Reform Order 2005
  • Knowledge of Approved Document B
  • Knowledge of BS 476 specifically Part 22
  • SMSTS
  • Understanding of access control systems
  • Duties under CDM 2015
