More About the People Partner (Logistics) Role:

We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced People Partner to support key operational areas. As a People Partner, you will use your broad experience to provide effective, value–adding people business partnering along with driving continuous improvement. Developing and delivering people initiatives aligned to strategic business priorities, operational needs, and functional direction, creating a best–in–class AOer experience.

As People Partner at AO you will provide support and insight to strategic and operational business and people planning activities. Being a contributor, promoter, influencer, and facilitator, ensuring a brilliant people experience is a top priority – it s in everything we do!

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our People Partner (Logistics):

As a People Partner, you'll need to build strong working relationships across our management team. You'll work collaboratively to enable a high–performance culture. You'll also enable manager development, through formal & informal learning and commercially focused support and problem–solving that generates their self–confidence and progression.
It will be key for you to support Managers delivering best–in–class resourcing and onboarding, ensuring the experience of joining puts new AOers and the customer at the heart of everything we do. You'll use employee engagement metrics and reporting to help Managers to identify issues and actions for continuous improvement.

We know we work better when were together, so all out AO ers come into the office Monday–Friday. We collaborate more easily, have continual conversations, were more creative, give better support and all this makes us more motivated and even better at what we do.
