Sales Director

One of our most valued and established clients, based in the Midlands, are currently recruiting for a Sales Director, to identify and win new business nationally for clients with recruitment needs as well as manage an existing sales team.

You will be tasked with:

• Winning business at a national level, predominantly within the driving and industrial sectors
• Managing an existing sales team
• Involved in the tender process winning onsite business
• Capable of putting together a sales strategy to ensure sales target are met
• Developing and nurturing relationships with clients
• Using industry knowledge to identify potential new markets and increase the market share
• Monitoring the performance of the senior sales teams by setting and reviewing goals and identifying any training needs
• Devising and implementing systems to keep staff motivated and maintain a high level of morale
• Recruiting and training sales staff and ensuring that the department is appropriately resourced to deal with fluctuations in market requirements
