Our client based on the outskirts of Gloucester is seeking a Business Analyst to support with their ongoing programme of digital transformation. Focussing on system implementations from SaaS to solutions to CRM / ERP this is a varied role working as part of a small delivery team. This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of going permanent.

What will you be doing as a Business Analyst?
- Use your expertise to analyse client needs and requirements, and translate them into detailed business requirements for software implementation projects
- Collaborate with cross–functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Act as the key communication and coordination point between technical and non–technical teams
- Use your data analysis skills to create reports that track project progress and performance
- Be a subject matter expert in the areas of software implementation and business analysis
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization opportunities that will help our clients achieve their goals
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and analysis for software products and services
- Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Proven ability to work with cross–functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with software product development, including desktop and web–based applications
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise functional specifications and user stories for software products
- Familiarity with software testing principles and methodologies
- Ability to analyse complex data sets related to software products and services and create reports to track performance and progress
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills
- Basic salary of up to GBP47,000 + bonus
