Harris Hill is recruiting for a Director of Finance & Operations for this Charity supporting Women going through Domestic Abuse. (Hybrid)
- – Salary: GBP68,000pa to GBP75,000pa
- – Hybrid Working: 3 days a week would be required in the office (1 or 2 days in London HQ office and 1 or 2 at any of their office locations across the country
- – Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
- – Direct reports: 8
- – Holidays: 30 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays

Job Summary
- – As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Director of Finance & Operations will provide strategic financial and business services direction and oversight across the organisation, working closely with the Chief Executive and Directors, as the charity launches its new Strategy 2023 – 2026.
- – You will lead on financial planning, management and reporting and work closely with the Chief Executive to provide effective financial direction to the Treasurer, Finance Committee, and the Board of Trustees.
- – You will be responsible for efficient policies, procedures, systems and practices to support the smooth running of the organisation and will develop new systems and services to meet the needs of the organisation as it grows. You will also be responsible for overseeing the outsourced providers, including IT and Telecoms.
- – You will oversee the Operations team and provide excellent business service and supporting staff across multiple sites. You will have experience of financial management, efficient administrative systems and a proven ability to both motivate and be a part of effective teams. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proactive and solution–focussed, and knowledgeable about or be able to access information about HR, IT and other business services matters,
