Your new role
Your new role will sit within the Legal/Co Sec function alongside Legal, Data Privacy and Secretariat and reports to the Head of Legal. You will be in a compact team and will take ownership of anti-financial crime Compliance
You will be responsible for making sure risk assessments are maintained and updated around areas such as, AML/CTF ,Fraud, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Failure to prevent facilitation of tax evasion. You will oversee third party screening, compliance for FCA regulated subsidiaries and monitoring compliance for internal and external policies.

- Experience around business wide assessments of financial crime matters.
- Ability to perform customer due diligence.
- Strong understanding of anti financial crime legal and regulatory rules.
