Your new role
This role sits within the EMEA Compliance Team and will give you the opportunity to report into the Head of Ethics and Compliance for EMEA. This role will cover a broad range of Compliance tasks which will include but not be excluded to Anti-Financial Crime, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Modern Slavery, Code of Conduct and delivering training. In these areas of compliance you will predominately be tasked with managing existing polices and procedures.
The primary responsibility of this position will involve creating and implementing polices around whistleblowing as they are looking to mature this aspect of their function, this would involve creating a Whistleblowing hotline and nurturing a speak up culture. This will provide the successful candidate with the exciting opportunity to influence the internal polices of a global organisation, making a lasting impact on a household name.

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a Compliance role, ideally within the tech sector.
- Line manager experience is desirable.
- Experience around developing training programmes.
- Excellent communication skills
