In the UK, Fini grew by 18% last year, now has a turnover of 10m and is experiencing further growth in 2023.

Job Description

Reporting and development of KPI's and acting as a Business Partner to the Country Manager and SLT on areas including:

• Actual performance vs defined KPI's:
• Turnover
• EBITDA
• Cashflow
• Opex management
• Profitability analysis by clients: income statement by clients. Profitability analysis by products
• Management of all monthly and ad hoc reporting and accounting for the UK subsidiary – reporting is to the Spanish based Head Office
• Developing the integrity and quality of reporting
• Supporting the systems migration from Navision to Business Central
• Management and development of the Accounts Assistant
• Management of bank accounts and all associated communication.
• Responsible for filing taxes / NI together with support from company tax advisor.
• Analytical capacity: preparation of managerial reports
• Preparation of annual and monthly budget and forecast.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered you will be a finance professional with experience gained in the food/FMCG or related sector (medical devices or other consumer led / product based business). You could be looking for your first Finance Manager level role or already be operating at that level.
