Ethics and Compliance Business Partner Healthcare

Under the Head of Ethics and Compliance, act as a key advisor to the Animal Health business area, across UK and Ireland. This role is Bracknell based and offers hybrid working, it requires healthcare compliance experience.

Description

This Ethics and Compliance Healthcare Business Partner role is based in Bracknell with hybrid working options. The responsibilities include:

-Act as the key Ethics and Compliance Advisor for designated business unit

-Transfer of value disclosures

-Provide proactive compliance advice and ensure business objectives are achieved in a compliant manner

-Answer complex compliance queries and provide solutions

-Review, adapt and monitor processes

-Identify areas of potential compliance risk, propose and deliver monitoring plans and corrective action

-Lead and support the Anti Bribery and Corruption programme implementation including third party due diligence

-Work with DPO on data protection related matters

Profile

This Ethics and Compliance Business Partner role is based in Bracknell with hybrid working options. The role requires:

-Strong working knowledge of Transfer of Value Disclosures

-Practical experience in an ethics and compliance role, including advisory experience

-Prior experience in a compliance role in a pharmaceutical or healthcare business

-Able to demonstrate knowledge as a subject matter expert across key regulatory/ compliance areas

-Knowledge of relevant industry practice codes such as ABPI, IPHA, EFPIA, PRIMA, NOAH, APHA
