Location: Midlands UK & European Travel

Salary: GBP60–80K basic + benefits

Job Type/Hours: Permanent/Full Time

Head of Change & Transformation The Role:

This role is key to the future success of the business and will ensure that the organisation has the right processes, systems and technologies in place for their continued growth. It will be responsible for all change, transformation and business programmes, and make sure that all employees are engaged at all times. The role will focus on continuous improvement and ensure that the business is at the forefront of any industry changes.

Head of Change & Transformation Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and implement a range of change, transformational, improvement and technology focused programmes

– Ensure that the business is operating in best practice fashion, adding structure and process to the organisation

– Deliver continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders and other members of the senior management team

– Implement frameworks to ensure all employees are engaged with all programmes and initiatives at a departmental and wider business level

Head of Change & Transformation You:

– Min. 10 years experience in a senior leadership role

– Strong track record of delivering change/transformation projects

– Experience working in a corporate environment within the logistics space

– Knowledge of PowerBI, Adobe, Basecamo, Visio
